Who we are
PSG Commercial Advisory Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17164039. For privacy questions or requests, email paul@psgadvisory.co.uk.
Contact enquiries
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. Your form entries are not submitted to our website server or stored by the form. You choose whether to send the email. If you send it, we receive the name, email address, company details and message you provide, together with normal email information.
We use this information to respond, discuss our services and manage the resulting business relationship. Our lawful basis for ordinary business enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and operating our advisory business. Where we take steps at your request towards a contract with you personally, or perform that contract, we rely on contractual necessity. We also retain records where needed to meet legal obligations.
Providing information is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you and enough detail to respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material in an initial enquiry.
Hosting and website information
IONOS hosts this website and processes technical connection information needed to deliver, secure and operate it, such as the requested page, access time, browser information and IP-related data. Our legitimate interest is providing a reliable and secure website. See IONOS information about hosting data.
The website files do not add analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party font requests. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy information.
Service providers and sharing
Our service providers include IONOS for hosting and Microsoft 365 for business email. Relevant information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for advice, legal obligations or legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information.
Service providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, applicable safeguards must be in place, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage related follow-up. In deciding when to delete it, we consider whether discussions remain active, whether a business relationship develops, and any legal, accounting or claims-related need to retain records. Client records may need to be retained for longer for those purposes. Hosting records are managed under the hosting provider’s applicable retention arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of its use, or a portable copy where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. We do not use website enquiries for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Contact paul@psgadvisory.co.uk to exercise your rights or raise a concern. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.
